Who’s the expert on your life?

 

You might not believe it at times but at the end of the day, it is YOU.

My goal is to help you reconnect with the part of yourself that knows you deserve to experience a more fulfilling, joyful life in all areas. And though you are ultimately the expert in your life, we can all use a little boost, support, encouragement and some tools to easily achieve the best version of our lives.

If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm, have lost your "spark," have made (or want to make) a major life change, struggling in your relationships, or simply feel lonely and need to feel connected... Please reach out. We don’t always connect with everyone, but I know you will have my genuine support if we do.​

In our work together I will help you get in touch with your own knowing and tap into your strengths. Some clients are more spiritual based  (law of attraction, manifestation techniques…), while others like the more scientific approaches.

 

My goal is to help you recover from any traumas, past wounds, anxieties, fears, confusion, negative self-talk, and other negative emotions you might be experiencing.   Along with tried-and-true change-making techniques like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative therapies, I also like to use more holistic approaches to healing like Somatic therapy, which considers the full person—mind, body, and spirit. Because each client is different and has a different set of needs, I try to employ a variety of modalities to meet those needs in order to get the most out of our time together. ensuring that the work we do together is always in line with your values.

 

Whether you are experiencing heartbreak or relationship issues, a successful CEO who is thriving in your business but needs some help in your personal life, a busy parent juggling family and work while neglecting your own needs, a student feeling overwhelmed by your future, a tween or teen struggling with depression anxiety or bullying, or anyone in between... my door is open and you are welcome:)

How I Can Help You?

Counselling

Counselling is many things, but at the heart of it its a true, honest, genuine conversation where you can be as vulnerable as you feel comfortable in a space that I will strive to make as safe as possible for you to show up as you are. We can explore how you are feeling and the thoughts you are struggling with, what is working for you and what you would like to change, we can talk about the past , present and future and create changes that will empower your daily life in positive ways.

Together we will work on creating tools and better ways to deal with the areas that you may be struggling in.

​

In the sessions I will ask questions, make observations, reflect your words, help you come to your own decisions while giving you the support and tools that can help you achieve your goals in the most effective way possible. Some days you may need to vent and need a supportive nonjudgmental ear, some days I may challenge you to help you see your potential. No two sessions will be the same but the end result is always a happier, more empowered and fulfilled version of yourself and your life.

Mindset Coaching

While counselling usually focuses on the past, life coaching focuses on the present and future emphasizing action and is more goal oriented.

We concentrate on where you currently are and where you want to be and what you are comfortable with changing to get there. In the coaching relationship we work together and I will be your accountability partner as well as guide you using coaching tools and exercises for you to work on between sessions in order to reach your goals.
